Does D'Clair Energy supply a full project from one source?
Yes. Single-source procurement is the point: panels, on-grid and hybrid inverters, HD GI mounting structures, DC and AC solar cables, earthing kits, ACDB/DCDB, MC4 connectors and lightning arrestors all ship from one supplier in Surat, so an EPC contractor manages one purchase order and one delivery schedule instead of six vendors.
How is EPC project pricing different from spot pricing?
EPC project volumes are quoted differently from spot-market orders. D'Clair Energy prices rooftop and ground-mount projects on a tiered per-kW basis — approximately ₹49,000/kW for 11–30 kW, ₹48,000/kW for 31–100 kW and ₹47,000/kW above 100 kW — with final pricing set by brand, quantity and current market rates.
What delivery timelines can EPC contractors expect?
D'Clair Energy dispatches pan-India from Surat, Gujarat, with committed delivery schedules and site-delivery documentation. Gujarat orders typically dispatch same-day, Maharashtra and Rajasthan take 2–3 days, Delhi, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu take 4–5 days, and the rest of India takes 5–7 days on bulk orders.
Do you help with product selection and spec matching?
Yes. The D'Clair Energy team assists with product selection, specification matching and system design advice so that panel, inverter and structure specifications are compatible before the order is placed — which avoids the substitution problems that delay commissioning.
Are DCR and Non-DCR panels both available for projects?
Yes. DCR (ALMM-listed, made-in-India) panels are required for PM Surya Ghar subsidised residential work, while Non-DCR panels are typically used for commercial and industrial projects where subsidy does not apply. D'Clair Energy supplies both and can quote each option against the same BOQ.
